Arlington Christian Academy Preschool

There is an annual registration fee of $100.00 per child, plus $25.00 for each additional child per family. The registration fee must be submitted with your registration form to secure a spot in Arlington Christian Academy - Preschool.

Tuition is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made by:

1. Personal check made out to “ACAP” & dropped in the tuition box located in the preschool hallway.
2. Online bill pay through your personal bank
   • set up a payment with your bank
   • use your child’s name as the account number if the bank requires one
   • address where the bank will send the check

4. Online payment at the Arlington Baptist Church Website:
   • Go to www.arlingtonchurch.com
   • Click on the “Giving” Tab and follow directions
   • Make sure to enter your child’s name on the memo line
   • Designate the payment to the “Preschool Tuition/Registration” in the drop-down selection box
   • Please note that online payments require a 2.2% service fee. The
     box to include the processing fee will appear on the payment
     confirmation page and must be checked for all online payments.

     Mon/Wed/Fri Tuition with CC Fee - $250.39
     Monday-Friday Tuition with CC Fee - $337.26
     TK Monday-Friday Tuition with CC Fee - $352.59

Children must be potty-trained before they can attend the three year old class.

Children’s classes are determined by their birthdate.

• 18 Month Olds Class – must turn 18 months by 10/16/2025; must be walking and off a bottle
• 2 Year Olds - must turn 2 by 10/16/25
• 3 Year Olds - must turn 3 by 10/16/25; must be potty-trained
• 4 Year Olds - must turn 4 by 10/16/25
• Transitional Kindergarten - must turn 5 by 12/31/25

Your child's teacher will give you a call on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 to introduce herself.  You will have the opportunity to meet your child's teacher at open house on Thursday, August 21, 2025.  Families with a last name that starts with A-M will join us from 9:45am-10:45am and those with a last name that starts with N-Z will join us from 11:15am-12:15pm.  During those time frames, you and your child will have the opportunity to get acquainted with his/her teacher and classroom.  

You will be notified and your child will be put on a waitlist.
